Passion for what we do
We inspire others, care intensely about our clients’ successes, celebrate wins, act as a leader, and feverishly take the initiative to do what is right.
Integrity and respect for everyone
We always follow the highest ethical and moral standards. That means we’re quick to admit our mistakes and work proactively to correct them. Because of our integrity, we are agnostic in our vendor recommendations.
Resolve in our commitment to help clients
We recognize our clients hire us to challenge legacy ways of doing business. We say what we think (professionally, tactfully) regardless of the impact to our revenue. Our resolve means we listen first and listen well but are ready to make tough decisions.
Execution with urgency
We live by the Thomas Edison’s maxim “vision without execution is hallucination.” We follow through on our promises. We also start our meetings on time!
Profitability as businesses and individuals
We are not ashamed to turn a best-in-class profit for ourselves; we recognize that’s how we’re able to drive success for our clients and how we’re able to give back in our communities. We make 20+% decisions to ensure profitability.
Empower our people
We have fun! We also support our team members and encourage our employees to make a difference in business and in their local communities.
We hold ourselves, our team and our clients accountable, view all results through the eyes of our clients, and always strive to exceed expectations. That means we think strategically, discover new, practical solutions to hard problems, challenge the prevailing assumptions, and always strive to look for “how it could have been done better” and treat root causes, not symptoms.
Sea-Level in the Community
We believe even small actions can make a big difference. Everyone on our staff receives an annual budget and are encouraged to put the money toward a cause or organization they care about. Here are a few of the ways our team has made a positive impact in their communities:
Thanks to your generosity and support, we were able to purchase 5,000 backpacks filled with school supplies for our students. We partnered with our Nutrition Services Department to provide food and milk to families as well. The response turned out to be overwhelming. Thousands of cars lined up Wednesday, August 6 at Island Grove Regional Park. Our families were so grateful. They are truly in need and are anxious for their students to return to school. We simply would not have been able to weather this pandemic without our community partners and individuals who support our schools.Learn More
