How Does Operations Coaching Work?
Your Senior Executive Coach schedules phone meetings with both the owner and the service manager. Monthly Operational Strategic Objectives will be defined with the MSP owner. Specific policies, procedures and processes will be defined with the service manager based on the Operations Guide. Weekly calls will create accountability and monitor implementation.
Implement Sea-Level’s tried-and-tested 5 Phases of Operational Excellence: build process templates, train staff and see plans through to fruition.

Our coaching methodology is crafted to help build the next level of leadership. Most of the time we’d rather work with the person you are “passing the hat to”. This is extremely important to create ownership of new processes and position them as the leader when they help design, train, implement and measure the progress of the new operational process.
